– Focus on capturing authentic, rare and exciting moments: We conducted content audits and realised our best performing content were magic moments we captured, be it fan reactions at stadiums, player interviews or epic sporting moments.
– Localised and International Coverage: Focus on covering major sporting events across the world through help of community members and other sports outfits by providing in-depth analysis, match previews, player interviews, and post-match reviews to keep the audience informed and engaged with local sports events.
– Interactive Multimedia Content: Produce visually appealing content such as videos, and interactive polls to make sports analysis more engaging. Utilise platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels to create short, entertaining clips showcasing highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, and fan reactions.
– Feature Stories and Profiles: Publish human-interest stories, player profiles, and interviews with athletes, coaches, and sports personalities to provide insights into their lives, struggles, and achievements.

Johnny Rockets, Lagos – finding a home in the hub of Lagos’s finest was a game changer. The partnership came at the right time because we had just left Elegbete TV & Radio and TSL needed a home. Once we had that stability, we started to build from the ground up

– Boost our online presence: We see ourselves as offline influencers with a large following of some of the best sports minds to emanate from Africa. We are working on our online numbers to match and even exceed our current following to be more authentic to brands and potential partners in our industry
– Increased participation in grass-root sports: We have updated our calendar with sporting initiatives that we can’t yet reveal (*cough cough* NDAs) that run through the course of the year. These are sporting initiatives that we are we excited to share in due time.
– Partnerships with Local Sports Organizations: Forge strategic partnerships with local sports clubs, leagues, and federations to collaborate on content creation, event promotion, and community outreach. Exclusive content, such as behind-the-scenes footage, player interviews, and training sessions, provides unique insights to TSL’s audience.
– Community Engagement Events: Hosting sports-themed community events, fan festivals, and charity matches in partnership with local businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations.

– We are big on impact and our main indicators have been participation and feedback from our community members and stakeholders in the industry.
– The TSL Podcast on YouTube (Visit @HOMEOFTHESPORTSLOUNGE) has grown in terms of quality and following
– TSL Mondays which is our live games event that we host every Monday has doubled it’s audience boasting an impressive 85% retention rate making it a weekly routine for members
– The TSL Community itself has grown exponentially enabling us create forums for different sports eg. TSL Basketball, TSL Boxing, TSL Bets, TSL Formula 1, TSL FPL

– We implement various feedback channels to gather input from stakeholders, including online surveys, polls, focus groups, social media comments, email feedback, and direct interactions at events, engaging stakeholders in a dialogue to further understand their feedback, and gather additional insights. This is done through focus group discussions or one-on-one meetings with key stakeholders.
– Upon receiving feedback, we analyze the data systematically, looking for patterns, trends, and recurring themes to gain a comprehensive understanding of stakeholders’ perspectives, preferences, and concerns.
– Lastly, we communicate the findings and proposed action plans derived from the feedback analysis to stakeholders transparently and effectively, providing updates on how their feedback has been received and how it will be incorporated into future content, initiatives, or operational decisions.
