A 15-year-old girl, Miracle Eloma, has been declared missing by the Ogun State Police Command.
According to information available , the missing girl left home on December 25, 2023 at about 5pm.
According to sources familiar with the case, Eloma was said to have told those at home that she was going to swim in the Ibara area of Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.
Omini, who stays beside Golden Grace School in Oluwo area of Abeokuta, said the missing girl, who speaks English fluently, is about four feet tall and fair in complexion with no tribal marks.
Upon going through her phone, she was discovered to have chatted with one Momopewa Olawoore, a 19-year-old male.
Eloma and Olawoore agreed in the WhatsApp chat to link up that day.
Our correspondent gathered that he has since been taken in for questioning.
