The former Head of Service (HOS), Simon Malgwi, also congratulated the Borno pilgrims for making it to the holy land.

Malgwi noted that having read a lot of things from the Bible, including the privileges to visit the holy, his faith has been strengthened.

He added that the pilgrims that witnessed those things written in the holy book, would return to testify to those who had not visited Jerusalem for the pilgrimage.

According to him, those things in the Bible were not fiction, but reality.

“My eyes have seen, my hands have touched and even my legs have walked on those things said in the Bible,” said Ayuba Dawa, stating that he is happy to be here in Jerusalem for the pilgrimage.
