Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni has commiserated with the Emir of Fika, Muhammadu Abali Ibn Idrisa, the emirate council and people over the death of Imam Muhammadu Alkali. The deceased was also the Sarkin Malaman Masauratan Fika in the state. Director General, Press and Media Affairs to the Governor, Mamman Mohammed in a statement Friday disclosed that; “It is sad losing the revered cleric at this trying moment, but that was the wish of God; the creator. He said the cleric at a time when his services were much need to mobilize the Muslim community to pray for the state and the country at this challenging moment. “I pray to Al-mighty God to count the deceased among the beneficiaries of His mercy in this holy month of Ramadan and grant him paradise,” he said. He also expressed his deep condolences to the family of the deceased, including the emirate council and its people. The governor also prayed for the deceased family members and the emirate to bear the irreparable loss.
