President Muhammadu Buhari has directed the Nigeria Diaspora Commission to collaborate more effectively with Foreign missions in the country towards ensuring that well behaved Nigerians abroad are not only protected adequately but treated fairly and justly by their host countries.
This was when the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the commission Abike Dabri-erewa briefed him on the activities of the commission as well as some trending issues involving Nigerians in the diaspora.
The Diaspora Commission has already engaged some embassies in Abuja on issues of concern involving Nigerians in their countries.
