Comrade Michael Obasuyi yesterday called on the Code of Conduct Bureau( CCB) to Publish the Assets Declaration Documents filed by some Persons in the APC Government, both present and past, so that Nigerians can screen it and see if they have looted, falsely Declared and/or Omitted any asset.
In his Statement today at Edo North Senatorial District, he said” I am aware that some Persons who have left Government and those who are still in Government declared their Assets to the CCB, as Stipulated by Law, now I am Calling for these documents, so we can look at it whether they have accumulated Wealth illegally, or falsely declared. I have written officially to the CCB Chairman, and await his Prompt reply. ” He called for the files of the following;

2. ADAMS ALIU OSHIOMHOLE
3. GODSWILL AKPABIO
4. GOV. IBIKUNLE AMOSUN
5. VP YEMI OSINBAJO
6. SEN. HOPE UZODINMMA
7. SEN. AMHED LAWAL
8. ABDULAHI UMAR GANDUJE
9. BABACHIR LAWAL
He said failure for the CCB to release those Documents would amount to Legal Actions against it. And he warned that Defaulting Persons who are found wanting will face criminal charges, those with immunity will be Publicly disgraced, while those without immunity will be tried and face gross Punishment.
