The first Nigeria national quality award took place in Sheraton Lagos hotel on November 22. Raymond Tavares , Project manager, National Quality Infrastructure Project in Nigeria, said the importance of the quality of products and services cannot be over – emphasized.According to him quality ensures competitiveness, economic growth and improved living standards for the consumers.
Speakers at the event were Sunil Thawani a leading management professional who is a fellow of the American Society for Quality and Michael Voss an expert auditor on International Standards.
