The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Mr Peter Obi has raised dust on the social media following his sarcastic statement at the commissioning of project in Rivers State.
Obi, a former Anambra State Governor has on Thursday claimed that people knows him and can also identify his classmates, but not so with some other presidential candidates.
His words: “We want people to follow us. Everybody know our age, they know when we were born, they known where we live, they known the school we attended, we have classmates.
“This morning, I was telling somebody about Peter Odili. Dr Odili was my senior boy in the secondary school. We couldn’t have played football in CKC without Odili. If he was not in the match, we have lost. So we know.
“So, I have people in Rivers State that went to school with me. Some people, nobody has seen people who went to school with them.”
His comments have since generated talks on the internet as Nigerians lash out to the All Progressives Congress (APC), Presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.
