Happy birthday, Justin Bieber! The singer turns 24 years old today. Selena Gomez took to Instagram to celebrate the occasion, posting a sweet photo of herself laughing with a polaroid photo. “March 1, 1994 someone I know that happens to be super cool was born. Boom,” she captioned the photo.
